I have been going to the lovely Delfin for 20+ years and having just returned, am happy to say that the street noise is much less of a problem now that the karoake bar next door has permanently closed.( Frankly, if you can't stand a little noise you're in the wrong country to begin with.) We chose this hotel based on positive reviews on this site, but were a little disappointed with the rooms.
