We selected this condo through Interval International because of the price so we did limit our expectations. Overall it's ok. But the beds are less than beds. Our first night we slept on bed springs. We finally got (from another unit) springs that had a little pillow top of a mattress . Kind of hard and also small. Double bed size at best. The rest of the unit was reallu ok but our major complaint was the traffic. Because of construction and road blocks (looking for drugs I guess) you often had to go in the wrong direction before you could get going in the right direction and a 15 minute trip could take an hour or more. NEVER go to the nearby town which is Playa Carmen in the evening. It is maybe 20 minutes away and takes 2 hours at rush hour. So we felt like we couldn't go anywhere at night because of the traffic and had to eat in the condo or at the little places in Puerto Aventura which were not much good. The hot tub does not exist.
