Came to room after dinner, went to bathroom to brush teeth. In toothpaste holder to my dismay I noticed a strange tooth brush, not mine. I was annoyed at this situation. The staff is extremely friendly. We are always upgraded, and even if we weren't we would still keep going. The beach is gorgeous, you can chose between a quiet area on the kantenah side or a more active/entertaining side on the colonial side of the resort. The food is suitable for small children, a lot of fresh fruit, yogurt etc.... more

we stayed for 5 nights. it was wonderful. it was totally clean. imaculate really. the food was great too. the options in restaurants was the nice thing about it and there was NO limit on reservations or how many times we could eat in a sit down opposed to the buffet. we did the buffet each morning and for lunch.... more

This place is cool! Its got the Rainforest vibe to it throughout the resort, and then you step out onto the beach to see the crystal clear waters of Riviera Maya.
