I attended a wedding at Hotel Royal Palace and stayed two nights with my husband and daughter. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Nice pool which doesn't seem to get a lot of use as the staff seemed to be surprised when asked for pool towels. We ate breakfast at their buffet which had a lot of local food choices... more

This hotel is very nice, thats because it is new. I can say that staff is not that friendly if you compare it to american standards. but thats just Mexico. En mexico customer service is more blunt like in europe so I filtered that. The cashier short changed me 100 pesos, I don't know if by misstake or just thievery.... more

As a frequent traveler to HMO, I totally agree with everything the previous reviewer said about this hotel. Other than its location which is awkward right noiw with construction, it is a great hotel. Room was well equipped, Beds were comfortable. more

By far, this is the best hotel in Hermosillo. It is new and is located near the airport, a little bit far from the city but, anyway, every hotel in Hermosillo is far from everywhere!
