This hotel is new and has great rooms, and great showers. Nice buffet breakfast. Good air conditioning. Good location near the mall. A bit far from the restaurants and night life. Car recommended. I think that the room service food is ok, but not great.

I have enjoyed the stay. All attendants speak English. The rooms are clean and well arranged. The hotel offers free internet access. There is a clean and convenient business center. It is walking distance to supermarkets and a number of restaurants.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times on business trips and it's one of my favorites when I travel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend staying at Lucerna when visiting Hermosillo.

Have stayed at a couple places, and this is the best. Staff is great, clean, new, large rooms, well cooled/heated (very important in Hermosillo depending on season) and restaurant is great. Noticed ever-present security and felt safe. Very reasonably priced for a great hotel. Pool looks nice, but did not try. 5 star rating based on other options nearby.
