We stayed at the Mayan Resort , too far from town. Had a good fish at a second story restaurant. The town had little to reccomend it other than its proximity to the border. If you need to conduct any business while you're away do not stay here. They are not 'business traveller friendly' at all. They do claim to have wireless internet in the lobby prior to booking, however, when we arrived they told us that they no longer offer it. This resort has a great beach - playing in the waves was fantastic. Waiters come out to wherever you are for drink orders. No cell phone service, few clocks, very relaxing.
