I will begin by saying that we love Mexico and enjoy authentic hotels and have stayed at pretty basic places before, so we were not expecting anything luxurious. This is a great place to stay at $60 a night. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the service and food at the restaurant is excellent. Try the Aztec soup; it is a great tortilla soup. This is our favorite hotel in Manzanillo. Simply charming. The beach is beautiful for swimming and snorkeling. The people are warm and friendly. As a guest you feel well cared for and comfortable. A bit of ole Mexico. more
