We became members in 1999 and never regretted the decision. We had a very positive experience at our "90 minute meeting." Our friends and family members who have truly wanted to know about the place have all been treated well at the meetings. The two who just wanted "free stuff" were treated poorly. This is true of most resorts and... more

I am still here as I write this. After reading all the reviews, I came here cautiously. I didn't have the same problems as some of the other reviewers. The airport had massive Timeshare salespeople, some telling us that they were are ride to the resort. Security asks our driver what room number and number of people each time we... more

We really had a terrific time at PVR! We had an ocean view room with a great view & Everything was VERY clean, the rooms reasonably spacious & the staff that we met were very nice. The beach is lovely & the vendors on the beach (this is Mexico) were less aggressive than any other beach that we've been to... more

I have had money stolen from a braid lady on the beach along with my digital camera. This is Mexico and they do steal at the nicest places. This was our 5th trip to Paradise and could not believe the cost this time around. A 6oz. jar of peanut butter in the grocery at the mall was $7.00 and two... more

My family and I were walking by the Paradise Village during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. We thought the resort looked pretty and interesting so we stopped for a moment to look at it. As soon as our feet stopped walking we were asked if we wanted a free tour of the resort, plus a $150 per family voucher to... more

Just wanted to say that once again, Paradise Village was great!! The rooms are very well maintained, the staff helpful and friendly and there are great restaurants on the grounds. I have been traveling here for 10 years and not been disappointed. Great spa!! more

My wife and I just returned from our Paradise Village experience. The only complaint we had was because we traded our timeshare for a week here and because of that, the only rooms available (even though they are about 1/2 capacity) are marina side and ours had abosultely NO view because of all the vegetation, etc. And because we were... more

Thank you for your comment. With regards to the Sunset market prices I would like to point out that there are lots of costs associated with the importation of American consumer goods, trucking, duties, permits and customs, just to name a few. Thanks to the “Free” trade agreement. The Sunset market sells both imported and the cheaper national brands for...

This sick "resort" keeps tigers captive in absolutely horrendous conditions. We could hear those poor animals crying all night.. stay away from this place. more

Dear member thank you for your comment, however I would like to point out a couple of facts. The female tiger was in heat during your visit, well…thus the noise; these animals are treated with the upmost respect and care. Their cages are cleaned and disinfected daily they are fed and given fresh water. A full time vet and assistant...

I must admit that we did consider delaying our trip to Paradise Village with the media hype over H1N1. I have 2 young boys and my youngest has a few underlying medical problems. After talking with the resort and reading the local news in Puerto Vallarta we decided to go. We arrived on May 25 and were shocked to see... more
