Although about 50% of the total property is still under renovation.... and my guess...this is still a few years out until completion.... you really don't see it or feel that the property has been downsized. (although no train and boats currently available at property) Pools clean....service great....but times are tough. Very slow and the timeshare sharks are hungier than ever.... more

Attended a sales presentation. Went through normal battery of sales personnel as we stated we weren't interested. Then came Marc -- the last stage of high pressure. This person was the absolute rudest and simple-minded human we have ever encountered at any presentation.
