At check-in, I told the representative that tomorrow was my birthday (it really was!) and our room was upgraded from a Jr. Suite to a Master Ste. All the recent reviews reflect the overbooking of the resort. It`s packed with locals and their thousands of kids. The resort itself is wonderful. The beach is great, food is good as are the rooms. Spending more on doctors bills than the trip. Service very very bad !!!!!! Turns me off from going to Mexico again due to the bad service. Other hotels should run them out of town from taking tourists away from the country. more

The worst, bad service, bad food, too many ungrateful guests. Will never go back, had to change rooms, got sick due to the mold in the rooms. The service we received makes us never want to go back to Mexico. The treatment we received is a very poor way to represent the country of Mexico. more

We were there 6/6 to 6/13 with our 11 & 15 year old daughters. We were suppose to stay @ the Jalisco but was told when got off the plane that they were closed so we would be @ the vallarta. I thought that was ok unitl I got there. The place is beautiful but there are only 3 bathrooms... more

I have stayed at an all inclusive before and luckily have an amazing experience to compare this one with. When first arriving the hotels exterior and lobby seem amazing. You soon find out that the front desk is unorganized. There was an error in our reservation and it took over 3hrs to check in. The small elevators have NO air... more
