Douglas Fir Resort is set up well for families. The rooms are cozy with wood fireplaces and plenty of wood to burn. The kids liked the murphy bed in the living room while we have a nice private room. Best hotel in Banff for families with younger children. An assortment of pools as well as other activities. Super convenient with an on site convenience store and liquor store.
