When I booked the room, I thought I was getting a pretty good deal. I expected a decent room, not amazing, but at least clean. Unfortunately, all I got was a room that needs major renovations, a good scrub, and too warm because there is no air conditioning. My boyfriend and I were quite disapointed. I work in a hotel... more

Hello all, the Inns of Banff was a great place for us to stay and not to mention affordable. I did a lot of research before the start of our vacation because I wanted to get the best price for a good quality hotel. When I started researching the hotels in Banff (Banff being one of our stop off points)... more

Stayed for 3 nights in Swiss Village section. Rooms tired and dated , slightly shabby. About a 10 minute walk to Banff town. Staff friendly enough. Hotel seems to be used by a lot of coach parties . No air con and room got hot very quickly . Still , since point of visit was to explore Rockies didnt spend... more

The only thing that I liked about this place was the location. The carpet and the furniture are very old and stained. The room was dark and too hot. We had to open the window and then it was too noisy. I guess you get what you pay for since it was one of the cheapest places to stay at... more

We stayed here for a week. Right on the edge of banff on the main road in. Boy is it noisy if you are anywhere near the main road, which unfortuntely we were. The room and swiss village complex is dated and the carpets desperately need cleaning or better still replacing. Our room was a good size with spare room... more

We stayed here for 3 nights this May. We were a family of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids), so we rented a 4 bedroom condo. The price was quite reasonable (we paid about $450/nt). The rooms can use a bit of a makeover---seemed worn, and past it's day. But, with that said, the positives again were the price and location.... more

Stayed here for 2 weeks in april, this was our third visit to hotel and we came home yesterday and booked for 3 weeks next year. Its a fantastic hotel for serious skiers/boarders - great hot tub on roof (and it is hot not lukewarm) first stop for ski bus on way to and from slopes and also has a... more

This is a great hotel. It is a little tired around the edges but it is a skiers hotel. The ski bus picks up at the hotel door. The room was large, very clean and warm. The staff were all very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions. Hot tub, restaurants and bar were all good. Couldn't ask... more

Stayed in a two bedroom condo. Unit was a bit tired looking and was in need of maintenance and renovations. However, the price was right and there was plenty of room for our family of four. Would stay here again. more
