My husband and I recieved a gift certificate for a stay at this hotel. We were treated rudely by staff at check in - we had to point out the services that were part of the certificate, as staff tried to charge us for each item. Had to stay here for a conference. Room was clean, comfortable and BIG. Great amenities. Check in went really quickly. Really friendly gal helped us out. I wanted to handle our luggage on our own but was asked by three different staff if they could.
This was our last stop on a 2.5 week journey that included multiple hotel stays....

This past weekend my girlfriend and I headed to Banff for a girls weekend get away. We had the pleasure of staying at the Banff Park Lodge enjoying a beautiful (clean) room, wonderful welcoming staff and we walked everywhere. I would highly recommend this facility.
