Was expecting a real 5-star experience and it fell a little flat. The gas fireplace is on a 30-minute timer that sounds just like a wind-up egg-timer, and the noise was distracting. It seemed like a 3-star hotel with granite countertops and nicer tiler added. more

Just got back from the Delta in Banff today! The room was beautiful with a huge bathroom and a fireplace. Told them it was our anniversary and they sent wine and chocolates to our room. The Evergreen restaurant was excellent!! Staff was so friendly. Great stay!! more

We always enjoy staying at the Delta, the Staff are always polite and friendly. The restrauant is a bit pricey but great food. Short walk to downtown Banff so location is great. A Joy always! more

Room was great with comfy beds and robes. Fridge in room and also nice toiletries from spa. Pool area was very nice. We were impressed our car windshield was cleaned each morning as a courtesy so we could enjoy the mountain sights while driving. We were both very impressed with hotel. more

Rooms are clean, nicely appointed, quite modern Staff were very friendly and helpful. Decent value given that its hard to find good value in a hotel room in Banff. Concerns: Internet is very spotty and slow. Paying extra for parking seems unnecessary. more

We had a wonderful experience at the delta, from the wonderful staff to brilliant rooms, so spacious and the bathrooms were done up brilliantly, standard had to sinks, etc. what everyone is always looking for.
