We were here for a full week for a customer meeting. In the midst they upgraded our room and we moved from the big building to the annex. The rooms were clean, well sized and had excellent views. This is one of the grand hotels that I checked off my list of places to stay. You would expect the service and heritage and so on, but the location is off from town center a bit. It can be a bit of a problem if you are not driving. Otherwise, it is what you would expect. more

The hotel is very impressive on arrival, but we were taken to a small room on the 9th floor. The bathroom was not very appealing and the shower appeared to have no shower head.
