Excellent service, beautiful room, and a castle you can wander and get lost in to your heart's content. It is a lovely hotel in a stunning setting. Easy walking to town, lovely hiking from the hotel. The hot pool is wonderful and there is nothing stuffy about the people who work there.

Stayed here, and was absolutely impressed by the service received. Just like any world-class hotel, the service from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was absolutely impressive. The on-site restaurant was amazing as well. Not a single bad thing to say about this property. Highly recommend it, and well worth the nightly rate.

Arrived at the hotel late. After 10.00 pm in rain. The staff was helpful but the parking is terrible. If you do not use valet service it is quite a distance away. The room was OK and clean. The Banff Springs is magical as you approach! A fairytale castle with snowclad mountains surrounding it! Its restaurants are very good, and the service is beyond the pale! Sheer bliss!!!! :) we stayed here on our honeymoon at it was just magical. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff, and the Banana bread from the pantry is just delicious! The Spa is something else, try a visit during the day, its quieter
