First impression on arrival was good all the staff we met were welcoming helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel haven't been updated for quite a while. We stayed for 9 days during Christmas in double queen room ($61/night). The room was dicently cleaned every day. Generally positive experience, put off by niggling charges for incidentals. I booked into the Homestead for a conference held at the Banff Park Lodge across the street (same ownership).
