We really enjoyed our stay at the Caribou Lodge. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast delicious! It is (only slightly) further away from Banff Avenue than other hotels but can still be reached easily on foot. more

good package deal Banff for Beginners, okay hotel - pretty regular. we had been spoiled by spending the night before at Hidden Ridge condo resort with separate bedroom, fireplace etc. so this paled in comparison and cost was similar. Kids would have enjoyed having a swimming pool. more

I have stayed at the Banff Caribou Lodge a few times now and I have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very nice; clean, quiet and with a great LCD TV. And the beds...they are the most comfortable beds ever! Great clean and pleasant place in good location. Friendly staff and good onsite restaurant. Free bus service into town and to Sulphur Mountain but you can also easily walk to town. Perfect place to stay in a lovely town. more

Stayed here for three nights and was very pleasant indeed. The spa was very warm and relaxing. We didn't try the on-site restaurant as it was a little pricey and there are cheaper alternatives in town, which is just a 10 minute walk away. There is also free on-site underground parking.
