I stayed at this hotel for one night en route to Calgary. The hotel entrance is directly off the street, so you cannot pull up your car to unload your luggage, to do that, you have to go into the hotel, ask for a card to access the car park, then park your car. The room I stayed in didn't... more

We stayed here based on the reviews we read here. Location was right in the middle of town, which allowed us to walk everywhere. Room was spotless. Great rustic decor. We hit the free continental breakfast at 9:15am and it was funny watching three staff running around and not accomplishing much. We eventually were able to have a bite and... more

I spent two nights here with my wife on our honeymoon on either end of our trip to further into the park. It served its purpose of a place to stay on the way to places better. more

We went for our 1 year anniversary - the hotel messed up our reservation and we were so angry - but they did everything they could to make it up to us - & the manager is fantastic. Great place - great service - would for sure go there again. more

We booked on-line and when we arrived, were treated like VIP's. Got great room overlooking the st and room very clean. Breakfast was simple and adequate but nice to be included in our rate. Staff were very informative and the Australian manager was very efficient and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended and in the heart of lively Banff. Will... more

The hotel is right in the centre of Banff. Perfect location for eating out, shopping, bars and ski bus. Staff go above and beyond to make the stay very enjoyable. If you have any problems just ask and they will address them. Free ski lockers and safety deposit boxes are a good thing and the little touches like an open... more

Just returned from a great skiing trip in Banff, a great place with really friendly people and amazing scenery, unfortunately didnt see any wildlife though. Stayed at Brewsters for a week, it was a great location right in the centre of town. Was clean and comfortable with nice staff but didnt have the mountain charm we expected. The room was... more

We stayed at Brewster's Mountain Lodge for 9 nights for a ski trip. We'd stayed at the Banff Park Lodge and Banff Springs before, and although we wanted to be in the center, we hoped that Brewster's would be upscale from the BPL. There is no better location if you want to be in the middle of town, just off... more

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our hotel. We are pleased that you enjoyed the central location our hotel offers. We are disappointed that you didn’t enjoy our breakfast facilities. This is a relatively new concept for us and we are constantly looking at ways to improve this and other aspects of the hotel. We...
