Was booked in BML by conference organisers. A very nice stay in. A standard room is huge (by European standards especially), wireless internet included, breakfast modest. On-site laundry facility was useful too. Staff was mostly international youth with probably limited hospitality experience. Would stay there again, very comfy. more

Lets start by saying we had stayed at BML last march in a superior room on 3rd floor with balcony. They were nice rooms and the staff were very friendly, soo we decided to stay again this year and booked the same room, to our disappointment we got a room on the 2nd floor with no balcony and looking out... more

Stayed at the Brewsters mountain lodge for 10 nights in April. Had the best time! Rooms clean and comfortable and warm, staff are great. B'fast was only continental but was plenty for us, pastries, cereal, toast, fruit and yoghurt. The only problem (if I really had to say one) was that the rooms didn't have enough storage, hanging space for... more

I have to say that after reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried before I travelled - but I must say I only have good things to say about Brewsters mountain lodge. We arrived for a 10 day Ski holiday on March 26th and had a fabulous time. Our room was spacious and clean, more than enough... more

My husband and I stayed 14 - 26 March 2008 for a skiing/boarding holiday. We booked a delux jacuzzi room and it was gorgeous. Very spacious and clean with a large jacuzzi, seperate shower/toilet, queen size four poster bed and small sitting area. Our room was cleaned daily, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was nice... more

I met my daughter in Calgary and traveled to Banff January 31, 2008. We selected our hotel via the internet and when we arrived the Lodge surpassed our expectations! The rooms were not only spacious, but very comfortably decorated. We stayed there for five days and each day, the housekeeping staff saw to it that our room was cleaned and... more

Was quite surprised after reading so many bad reviews how good the Brewster’s Mountain Lodge was. We had booked two standard rooms as such, the one me and my friend occupied (room 302) had two queen size beds, sofa and table with two chairs plus other usual hotel room furnishings, best of all a balcony which was not expected as... more

When my husband and I were planning on our honeymoon in Banff, we wanted to look for a hotel that had a rustic look to it, homey, yet still in the city. We found it in Brewster's Mountain Lodge. We had a lovely, spacious room in the corner. The room also had a jacuzzi and a separate shower room as... more

We have stayed twice at this hotel as part of a ski trip. The first was Feb 06 in a superior room, the second Feb 07 normal room. Both stays at the hotel have been good and we would stay there again. The rooms are clean and of a good size. The extra for a superior room is not really... more

When we picked Banff as a destination, we were hoping for a quiet getaway with a few lazy opportunities to see the area. We got exactly what we were looking for! Brewster's was accommodating and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We got a quiet room at the end of the hall with its... more
