We stayed at this hotel over the holiday season,nice rooms, clean,good service and the pizza at the hotel restaurant was great.Overall this hotel was very good,just can't understand why some of the negative feed backs more

Well, Here I am in the room now trying to watch the fuzzy TV which has no volume on a number of channels (I don't know why). I can't sleep because the AC unit in the room is soo loud that it sounds like there in a clothes dryer in the room with me that turns on every half hour.... more

Was forced to stay here as was bumped from another hotel where I had made a reservation. Banff Inn is in a good location for Banff / town area. Rooms are average in decor but decent size and clean.
