We wanted to find a decent place in Banff for one night in July without paying too much - we settled on the Rundlestone at the CAA rate of $188.00. The room was quite large and fit our family (2 adults, 2 children) with no problem. As we had a car with us, it did not matter that the Rundlestone... more

Looked great on the outside. Lobby area very nice. Front desk staff very helpful. Outstanding underground parking. Kitchen staff seemed totally incompetent. Many people had problems with breakfast orders. Our room had one very small window, overlooking the indoor pool...no view of the outside world. Although the room itself was nice, it seemed a little like a dungeon. Alarm clock... more

We stayed at Rundlestone Lodge for a concert at the Banff Centre. It is a few blocks from the centre of town, so it there was less street and sidewalk traffic. Check-in was easy, and the underground parking was convenient. Our room was on the 3rd floor, at the back of the hotel. Though it was right by the elevator... more

Stayed 3 days at the Rundlestone. Accomodation was very clean & staff were friendly. The dining room had average meals, nothing flash for the price, but very comparable to everything else in Banff.Good value accomodation, a pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of town.Internet was slow & pricey. more

We were looking for a nice place to stay in Banff at a moderate price, and the Rundlestone totally filled our expectations. Our rooms were nice, beds comfortable, the rooms cleaned every day and the front desk people were very nice. As an added bonus, the other people staying at the Rundestone were very friendly and would often strike up... more

My husband and I stayed here with our ten year old son in May. We found the hotel welcoming and quite cosy, especially in the evening, we would sit in the lounge and play cards and have a drink. The room was nice and spacious, with a small seating area. The only downside would be that it was maybe a... more

Nice hotel. Go for an upgraded room if you can. The rooms on the front have alot of traffic noise. The rooms did not cleaned until 3.30-4pm when you have been out all day you want a wash and a sleep before dinner, no chance you have to get the cleaners to come and make the room up. The bar... more

We were in room 244 which was very large and sited at the back of the hotel so was quiet. You could hear the odd train whistle but not enough to keep you awake and it only seemed to start after 5.30am. We had the window open all night and slept very well. There is a small side road behind... more

I booked this hotel based on the rating of being #7 out of so many hotels in Banff and being within my price range. After staying there, I am surprised that it rated as high as 7 as I have stayed in other places in Banff that I liked much better with lower ratings. We paid a few dollars more... more

I LOVED this hotel. We booked this hotel before they re-did their website so we weren't expecting it to be as nice as it was! We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly, helpful man and a warm atmosphere with a fireplace and comfy leather couches. We stayed in the "Premier Honeymoon Suite" for one night and... more
