An Amazing Honeymoon

Only spent 2 nights as part of a rockies tour but thought the place was lovely. Room: Good premier plus which means 2 comfy queen size beds and a balcony with views over the pretty street and surrounding mountains. All standard mod cons: air con, coffee/tea, hair dryer, widescreen cable TV. Clean bathroom. Decor was a little tired and the... more
It was the cheapest hotel we found, and it did the job fine, but there are some basic problems. Asked in my confirmation of my reservation for a cot, they said they can't guarantee this, but fortunately we had one waiting for us. Booking said we would get a marble bath, and we didn't. No kettle, only a coffee machine... more
We stayed here for 2 nights for a ski trip. We were here with 3 other couples. And everyone was happy with everything, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean (but basic) and the rate was very good considering we were in a national park. We payed $165 for 2 nights. more
Hi We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour across the rockies. The hotel was a bit out of town but we had been upgraded to this building from the voyager inn. We and a nice room over 2 levels with 2 queen beds upstairs and a lounge area down stairs. basic facilities but clean and comfortable. more
What an amazing place, the drive from calgary to banff is fantastic and only about 1hour 45 mins into the banff national park. The hotel looks like a large log cabin and the reception was fantastic. We checked in with ease and parked up in the underground carpark. Our room as good and spacious with a little balcony overlooking the... more

My room was on the ground floor and was quite roomy, Almost like a suite but without a kitchenette. bed was nothing fancy but comfortable and the bathroom had basic shampoo, conditioner etc, All you really need. Decent Size Tv with a good selection of channels. About a 15 min walk into... more
walked in to Voyager Inn which is next to Spruce Grove and found out was owned by same company. Checked into Spruce Grove for one night and room itself was clean in general and quiet. Internet access was by nic cable to wall outlet. No refrigerator in room and no microwave so having a small child and needing to keep... more
stayed in this hotel May 2007 with a tour group for 2 nights, rooms were clean and spacious. Liked the exterior of the hotel as it suited the location. Hotel is at the far end of the main road in Banff but it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town. We walked into the town... more
I recently stayed at this hotel in late January 2007. I booked the hotel off their website for around $100 per night, which was cheaper than most hotels in Banff at this time. Definately not the cheapest but about mid range. The hotel has underground parking (you have to get a spot early when it is busy or you will... more
