Stayed for our one year wedding anniversary. Rec'd a free upgrade to a one bed suite. The front desk staff was very friendly. Room was really nice, fireplace, kitchenette. The bed was FANTASTIC! After flying into Calgary and hiring a car, we were glad to arrive at the Fox Hotel and Suites in Banff. We took advantage of a room upgrade and stayed in a delux suite for very little extra. The on site spa was very clean and inviting and did not cost any more. A good room, but no air-conditioning in standard rooms. Maybe the staff should have mentioned the local controlled fires that burn overnight. An open window allowed the room to fill with smoke fumes. Apart from that, it has a nice spa with hot pools and jacuzzi. more
