Wechose this hotel as we didn't want to stay directly on Lake Louise itself - but found it to be very disappointing on our two night stay - a combination of the lowest quality on our trip combined with the highest price (and we stayed at Fairmont's in other locations). The rooms were average (and we tried thee in total)... more

We have a variety of restaurants available- Explorers Lounge, offering pub style food; Timberwolf, offering pizza and pasta (the best in the Bow Valley); and Legends, featuring breakfast and dinner buffets (Italian, Continental, Chinese & Prime Rib). The Management

Stayed only for 1 night. We waited ages for the meal in the restaurant to be served and when it came was not good, we mentioned how poor the food was and in fairness they did not charge for the meal (only charged for the drinks). That was good service by the management but surely it would be better to... more

Building Four has served and continues to serve as a basic accommodation to help our guests come to an economical setting in the mountains. We have elevators in two of our other buildings, and would have been pleased to move the room if requested. We are sorry for the slow service, and are pleased that our manager addressed the problem....

My husband and myself stayed in an economy twin room in block 4 (which unknown to us, maybe we missed it when we booked some time ago) that is accessed by 3 flights of stairs!) Luckily my husband was able to lug the cases upstairs, I would have found it impossible. Help was offered at the desk but we declined,... more

Although clean, the bedroom was small and the 2 double beds took up 95% of the space. There was little hanging space and even less drawer space. 2 hard chairs were squeezed up against a desk top (with the tea and coffee makers on top). This would be extremely uncomfortable lodgings for large people or those with limited mobility. We... more

After an exhausting day on the tour, my sister and I found our room in the second of their 5 buildings and it was lovely. Comforting and welcoming and they had an overstuffed chair with an ottoman that my sister collapsed into. Beds were great and the rooms were quiet with everything you would want. We stayed 2 nights and... more

From our first impression we were surpised by our room. Clean, newly remodeled with comfortable beds. Major negative though is no AC in the rooms! It was 80 degress in the room and the window screens were either missing or had large holes in them. We did ask for a fan and they were happy to bring us one. Would... more

A friend and I booked this on-line at the last minute and were delighted to get a special offer rate on a gorgeous Friday night in September. The website warned that the special rate rooms were in an older building but the room was clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate; it even had a tub, which you don't often get... more

We stayed here for two nights on a 15 night trip from Calgary to Vancover.Without doubt this was the poorest accomadation of the trip .We pre booked and paid £80 per night for the room and expected a lot better after checking out the pics on the website. We were placed in a seperate dower four storey block at the rear... more

We were at the Lake Louise Inn last week and enjoyed our dining choices immensely. The Timberwolf Pizza and Pasta Restaurant features a menu that offers a variety of choices to meet the needs of all ages. It includes pizza and pasta dishes that are varied and familiar and DELICIOUS! I would recommend the meat lasagna - a hearty, tasty... more
