After reading other people reviews, I changed my reservation to Building 5. It was absoultely great. The best room ever! However the pool was cold, it said 78 degrees but felt way colder than that! For starters our Wedding Day.....We got married in the lobby by the beautiful huge window facing the mountains....all very nice EXCEPT...the staff were rude there was NO ROOM SERVICE!!! Recently stayed at the Lake Lousie Inn as part of a package for a Skiing holiday at the Lake Louise Resort. The Inn is equivalent to a 3* or 4* business hotel in the UK. we checked in on friday night arround 10:30 p.m. from a 5 hour drive and wouldn't you know it.... the restaurant was closed. i was imformed that i could still get food from the lounge which was open till midnite. this turned out to be untrue as they had shut everything down in the kitchen because they were too busy???... more

Just came back today from Lake Louise where we stayed at the Lake Louise Inn. We didn't know what to expect due to the bad reviews on here, but we were very surprised!!
