We stayed for a week while attending the Brier. The location was great for catching the bus to and from the Saddledome. The room was small the bed comfortable and it was relatively clean. The breakfast left a lot of room for improvement, the toaster only worked on one side, the milk was not kept refrigerated, ran out of various... more

MOUSE TRAPS............thats all i can say. When we got checked in and front desk girl gave us our keys everything seemed to be fine. We went to our room, and when i went to go to the washroom, i noticed a big mouse trap next to the bed, between the bed and the bathroom. Needless to say i left immediately... more

We booked 4 rooms six months prior to our trip and it was confirmed via a valid confirmation number. then re-confirmed it three months and a month before to make sure of our reservation. hours before we call again that we will be late in coming because we are still in drumheller but when we got there they told us... more

AWFUL. Allow me to list the issues: -the single bed rooms are tiny. they look like a japanese airport sleeping pod. -the door from outside to the hall does not lock. in this part of town, security is an issue -no screen on the window, and believe me, you will want to open the windows in this hotel. -saw hookers... more

Upon initial arrival, things already didn't look good. You can see the building's wall paint peeling. I was greeted at the front desk by a friendly gentleman. Unfortunately that was the highlight of the experience. He assigned me a room and within seconds you could tell that it smelled smokey (even though it is a "smoke free" establishment). I came... more

I will make this short and sweet, actually not so sweet. Rooms, under removations, recepticals off the walls, filthy carpets, black beatles in the beds, metal basedbords half off with very sharp edges. and nothing that was promised on the lovely gloss brochure was available. EG: smoking rooms, newspapers, ammenities if you forgot, and internet. I have a full 3... more

Just stayed here this week for one night. The check-in was fine. Got the room as requested, non-smoking. The room is very small but was clean. Bed was comfortable. That's about all of the positives. There was a lot of traffic noise and most of it was coming through the air conditioning unit which is right above the bed. The... more

I booked this hotel for my son to stay in while in Calgary, and I have to say while the accomodations were simply OK..the staff on the other hand leaves much to be desired. When you call the hotel you are placed on hold forever, then when they finally answer they are extremely rude...you would think that people that work... more

After a very RUDE man checked us in and demanding both cash and credit card deposits, plus one of the 4 nights by bank card????dont understand why I couldnt use my Credit... more

We like this hotel as it is very reasonable. It is not new but it has everything you need. Breakfast is supplied lots of food. and if you want to warm up anything there is a Microwave in the dining room. We sometimes buy supper and then warm it up later. Very friendly and helpful staff more
