Love this hotel. Great location (although construction around it). Had some issues and it was immediately taken care of. Good food, great service. Stayed 2 nights on the club level. Did a lot of shopping and went to the zoo. Public transportation is right at the side of the hotel and goes all over town. Will stay there again. more

For another hotel chain I could have given a higher rating, but for the price I expected more. The room with the king bed is not small, but I would not call it spacious, either. The room was nice, clean and spacious with some views. If you stay there just for the night, it is not worth paying the high rate. It did not provide any extra amenities that I expected from high end hotels, such as refrigerator, microwave oven, complimented bottle water, chocolates.
