this is one of the awesome hotels i have stayed in. everything about the hotel was perfect. food in this hotel was out of this world and would recomend the steak in the hotel. it is well linked to other shopping areas and ideal location in down town with rail station nearby would recomend everyone to enjoy this luxury more

Stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed ourselves very much. Location was perfect. Staff was on the ball. Price was good (except for having to pay for parking). Rooms were very, very nice. more

The lobby of the hotel is very impressive - the check-in desk, small. Underground parking is $25/day self-park, definitely a little pricey. There is construction right next door; luckily we were there for the long weekend so we weren't woken up early. Over all, there was nothing to complain about - but nothing to rave about either. The rooms were... more

After years of staying at the Marriott in Calgary (it's the light coloured building you can see between the hotel and the tower in the picture of the Hyatt), I took an opportunity to stay at the Hyatt. I wish I'd done it sooner. While there was a minor glitch in my reservation due to conflicting info provided by the... more

When we stayed at the Hyatt, the road construction started outside on the street at 7am! When I mentioned it at check out, all the staff said was "they usually start at 6" and proceeded to charge me full price- $350.00- for the room. more

I've certainly stayed at nicer Hyatt's but the Calgary Hyatt was just fine. The check in lady was very welcoming. I was upgraded (not sure why) even though I'm only a Platinum member. The room was spacious enough and had a great view. The concierge lounge was small but the staff tried hard. The smallness of the lounge was OK... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting family in Calgary. We opted for the underground parking ($25/day), and were glad that we did, as it meant not having a cold car to get into in the morning when it was -36 outside. My initial impression of the hotel was a good one. I was greeted warmly by... more

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Calgary for conference at the end of October 2008. The hotel is very central to shopping and lots of restaurants. I found the room a little dated and it was rather shabby around the edges (paint peeling, scuff marks, worn carpet, etc). I was also disappointed that there was no flat-screen TV. Bathroom amenities... more

My wife & I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Calgary for a meeting I was attending in mid September 2008. The hotel is right downtown near Stephen St. (the restaurant is on Stephen St.) which is a multi-block pedestrian mall. This is it's best feature. I can't complain about anything related to the room, the service or the facilities. They... more
