When I booked I asked if there was a shuttle and being assured there was one I booked. I was not told that there was a charge. Other hotels in the area do not charge. more

This is a great hotel. I know that they have recently updated their rooms and they are just wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. Most of all, the staff are very helpful and friendly. This is not common with airport locations, but I would stay here again! Great place to be! more

Execellent value and good breakfast. Waterslide is best for older children say ages 7 and up as has a pretty big drop at end. Hot tub was a bit small but normal for the size of hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. Good service from the hotel staff. more

I needed a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight, and I'm glad I chose this one. The staff was friendly and helpful and was very accommodating when I requested a room in a quiet part of the hotel. The hotel was close to the airport and to many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. more

we (family 2+3) spend one night in this hotel. look new, close to shopping malls, and other big shops. good (in american standard) breakfast. nice small pool with one wetar slide (was great for my 11 y son). good place to spend time while the women are doing shopping. more

We stayed here in August 2008 and found the place to be very nice. The hotel is new and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are large, we had 2 queens, and the washroom is large with good amenities. It is a good location, you can easily get to a mall nearby (sunridge?) and ride the LRT to downtown.... more
