Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location was two comfortable blocks from the LRT, "fare-free zone". The service at Reception Desk was very good. We had booked for three nights and we showed up a day earlier which they accommodated by giving us a very good suite. They asked us to continue in the same expensive suite although we had a lower rate booking for the remaining date and they did not charge extra for that.... more

Loved the suites, beds were large & comfortable rooms had everything you needed. Staff were friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
