The location of this hotel is excellent if you are wanting to shop at the WEM...$10-12 taxi ride. The food at the restaurants is excellent, they will make things for you that aren't on the menu...everything was delicious, and great presentation. I would recommend requesting the newer part of the hotel, as it is much nicer than the older section. More

In its prime, it was great, but the carpets are faded, the fixtures are clumsy, the water temp in shower changes constantly, the TV is small for todays standard. Worst point is the heavy smell of carpet deodorizer everywhere, nauseating. Otherwise OK. Great conference facility. The steakhouse (vics) is excellent! More

This hotel looks like it was nice about 30 years ago, but has not been renovated well. The elevator is creaky, the ceiling has dried leak stains, the beds have ancient mattresses and duvet covers. Lobby has a really nice desk to welcome you, but an odd smell and filthy carpet. Not worth the price... More
