I rented a room there for 6 mths. The place is filthy. Wash room stalls had waste on them for months. They took in anyone and frequently had highly disruptive individuals, screaming and yelling all hours day and night. These individuals were allowed to stay well beyond reason given their behavior. it was nice that they had a room for us right away, yes i like that warm welcome and the help they give to people and friendly no dought about that.
