Stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks because of the close proximity to my work in Edmonton. Nice clean lobbies and rooms. I was put at the back of the hotel which is stone-throw away from the railway track. No need to set alarm clock or morning calls as the train would do the job at 5.30 am in... more

I travel alot in my work and I thought I would try the Greenwood for a change since I needed to be back at the Airport early to meet with a client. I wish I had checked trip advisor prior to my booking since most of the reviews of this place are fairly accurate. The check-in went fine without any... more

I spent one night here, and as a hotel that bills itself as a business class hotel, with high speed internet, you would expect that they could deliver on a workable internet connection, but no. In fact, it was basically useless, same speed as dialup, yet the manager explained that internet was merely considered a "perk" and therefore would not... more

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business conference. I was not impressed. The hotel was not overly clean. The hotel is right beside a railroad track and it's very loud. Our company had 160 rooms booked and they only had the lounge in the hotel staffed until 11pm, that is pretty poor planning I thought. For the money... more

I was booked into this hotel through our corporate offices because the Radisson was booked. The fornt desk staff was rude including the manager. The desk clerk threw his pen while I was checking in. The manager then continued to be rude not trying to resolve the issues, as the desk clerk smirked at the discussion. The sink in the... more

Hello all, this hotel was not bad but I wouldn't say it was excellent either. Don't get me wrong, the staff was very professional and friendly and the place looked great but I just can't say the money was worth it. We paid about $165.00 for a room with two double beds. The beds were comfortable and the room was... more

a few travellers have cautioned about train noise on the east side of the hotel. We stayed three nights on the back side and experienced no problems with noise. If anything, the train presence was a bonus. The rooms are nice, and at least on par with the next-door Delta where we stayed earlier in the week. more

I stay at the Greenwood when I visit Edmonton which is usually 8 to 10 times per year. The Greenwood used to be a good place to stay at a decent price if you needed to be on the South side of Edmonton. This hotel used to be very clean with friendly knowledgeable staff however this is no longer the... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here as we were attending a friends wedding in Edmonton. It was a pretty busy weekend in the city with lots of events going on so because of this, the room was very expensive. It is a very nice and clean hotel. Room was quiet, AC worked very well and the location is excellent. We... more
