The hotel is located in downtown and does have free parking. The breakfast selection is adequate, nothing fancy but will fill you up. It does get a little noisy at night with cars revving up their engines while driving by. 10 to 15 minute walk to the Alberta Legislature. About 15-20 minutes drive to West Edmonton Mall. There is free... more

I spent the weekend here with my boyfriend in a queen room. The location was great just a block to Jasper ave. The free parking made things easy, I am used to paying for parking in downtown. The room was what I expected, clean and with a clean bathroom. The hotel could used some updates but what you expect from... more

I stayed here twice in the past few months and I was very happy with the hotel on both occasions. It was the cheapest I could find in downtown Edmonton ($109 per night for a room with a large queen bed) and has a great location just off Jasper Avenue. The room is big for the price and very well... more

On October 10th, 2008. I recently traveled to Edmonton, to see, West Edmonton Mall, and other things along the, way. once arrived, I immediatly seeked out hotel room downtown, with so many to choose from, and not wanting to check in with credit card information, I decided on the Comfort Inn and suites downtown. The lady who checked me in(... more

It was just plain ok. We wanted a hotel downtown, and the rate was $108 with tax, so it was the cheapest we could find. Free parking out back which is handy, but a lot of undesirable people hanging around and a hotel person is always having to go out there and tell them to get lost (which I guess... more

I have travelled alot for work and some hotels have been pretty bad. But this was the worst. Very dated hotel. The resturant was far from clean. Although renos were going on they could of tidyed up. The free breakfast was terrible, I do not think they had anyone qualified to cook. Rooms had very old furnishings, small and cramped.... more

Firstly thankyou for your feedback , without negative feedback we never know what we can improve . Im sorry your experience was a bad one . Unfortunately the restaurant is privately owned and was going through a management change at the time of your stay . Im excited to announce we have a great new chinese restaurant thats just opened...

We stayed in a King Jacuzzi Suite at a senior's rate of $159 per night which we considered excellent value for our money. The suite was spacious, clean, and had a huge jacuzzi. The only problem was the noise. I think it is the least soundproof building we have ever stayed in and as a result our rest was interrupted... more

I stayed in this hotel for only one night with my wife and two young boys. The reception staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and managed to find one of the largest rooms (seemed clean) on site to accommodate the two cots we required, both of which the hotel provided. The breakfast, though included, let the hotel... more

This is a decent downtown hotel for travellers on a budget. Efficient but somewhat indifferent staff (though not unfriendly). The furnishings are somewhat dated, aside from the nice new TV. Not the highest housekeeping standards, but reasonably clean - we noticed what we thought to be old vomit stains on the wall of the bathroom, but otherwise fine. Great location;... more

We went to Edmonton for a Quick trip and choose the Comfort Inn because of the location. This hotel was close to the Tellus Science center. The hotel was very clean and nice, the price was excellent. The rooms were large, but could use some updating. I would re-book to stay in this hotel again, but would definately ask for... more
