Sandman have been trying to elevate the status of their motels but they started with the rates. We stayed there while on a medical trip for my daughter. The rooms were dirty, old and were in some need of some updates and TLC! The staff were not helpful. My mom, sister, and I stayed at the Sandman recently to celebrate my moms 75th birthday. I was concerned after reading several poor reviews but I am happy to say that we found the hotel very comfortable and conveniently located for our activities.
