Stayed here twice so far, lobby is nice and check in is quick, Get cookie upon check in, Rooms are comfortable and have big flat panel tvs and comfortable bed. Restaurant is under reno, but pub is still open, Rate includes big hot breakfast buffet.

Stayed 4 nights in the business rooms. The room was very quiet, but you could hear the footsteps from the floor above you. Annoying during the night. The room was well cleaned.
I liked that you could open the window to get fresh air. The hotel location was a sore point. No where to walk, industrial part of the town....

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Everything worked well. The free breakfast every morning was fantastic and healthy. Restaurant food was very good and open 24 hours. Well worth the money.

Bed was fine, shower was fine, restaurant food was pretty good, room service was nice, staff were wonderful - especially for Ft Mac. The location is the only real drawback, you can't walk to the mall or pool or anything like that from the hotel. But I would recommend it. Good value for Ft. Mac

Hotel is nicely renovted beautiful new stone work in the front of the hotel inside is very clean with beautiful fireplace in the lobby. my room was clean. and the service was amazing.the food in the restaurant is very good i was there for ten days and did not get sick of the food, great portions. i recommend this hotel.

My room was in a terrible state:
Holes in the shower wall.... Bugs on wall behind bed.... Sheets didn't fit the mattress properly, so I could see that it was not in good shape. Plastic edges torn off mattress..... I won't comment further on that.
That being said, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the lobby was clean...
