We stayed here for 2 nights in mid May and loved it. The setting was beautiful, with the river much nicer than we had imagined. It was also nice and quiet being 5 minutes from town. The log cabin was very cute, and you could hire a BBQ. As noted by others, the bathrooms are a little small and outdated,... More

We stayed here for one night in May 2013, wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful property and very comfortable chalets. We stayed at 4 different hotels/resorts on this trip and this was our favorite. We had a 2 bedroom chalet and found it to be charming and very comfortable, not over crowded as we found a resort in Banff.

The chalet has everything you might need. Furnished kitchen, fridge and so on. The bathroom is a little small but still comfortable and it is provided with all facilities you need. A few steps bring you to the river side to enjoy an amazing view. The restaurant is awesome! Exceptional fresh high quality food. Recommended!

We had a lovely one night stay in a 2 bedroom cottage overlooking the river. We felt like we had gone back 20+ yrs and were staying in a quaint cabin in the Rockies....I suppose we were! The decor was dated, but it added to the feel of the place. We don't stay at a place for the decor, so... More

This is a quaint place with lovely cabins and a great place to stay if you are like me and want to experience the outdoors and the mountains, but don't want to camp. There are different chalets and I recommend the newer ones as they have a bigger/nicer bathroom. The older ones are considered a heritage site and that is... More

We were fortunate when booking to get a riverside cabin, which had a lovely view, across a small area of grass down to the superb river. The site is just a few miles south of Jasper, far out enough to get away from it but not so far as to make any trip into town a pain. In fact I... More

The cabins are a few kilometres south of Jasper on the Icefields Parkway. Very quiet and peaceful, with lovely views. The cabins were clean and very spacious, though the decor was from the 1980s and could definitely do with being brought up-to-date. The kitchen was an added bonus, and helped balance the relatively high costs of staying in Jasper. The... More

This was just what we needed after a tiring few days in Banff. The location is wonderful with mountain views and the river flowing a few feet away. We paid extra to have a cabin by the river and it was well worth it as it was so peaceful. The cabins themselves were fine with a separate lounge and kitchen... More

My wife and i read everywhere in Jasper brochures about the great buffet breakfast you could get here advertising the "fantastic' chef. We drove there for breakfast one morning during our stay and were bitterly disappointed. The breakfast was well below average. The food available was cold, & of mediocre standard and there was stuff all of it too. No... More

I stayed here alone in a small cabin. The cabin had double bed, a twin bed and a kitchenette. I found it poorly cleaned and uncomfortably small. Warning: the shower measures approximately 24"x30". A person who was slightly overweight or with physical limitations would have a very tough time. I attempted to dine at the restaurant for breakfast only. They... More
