I decided to post this after reading some really negative reviews on Trip Advisor about this wonderful place to stay in Jasper. This is simply a reminiscence of my time at Pine Bungalows 5 years ago. I will write another review upon my next visit in a few months. During our road trip through the Canadian Rocky Mountains we decided... More

Loved our cottage. Three of us stayed in a two bedroom with a gas fireplace. This was a cozy cottage. Very clean and close to Jasper. we saw lots of wild life on the grounds elk, deer right behind the cottage. The cottage looked very new the beds were great the bathroom really clean and bright.I would stay here again.... More

Whilst the management and staff were friendly, the owner was a horrible man who should never speak to paying guests if he wishes to keep them! As a tour group of 21 people paying well over what the place was worth, we were given no welcome whatsoever, in fact the owner went on to tell us that our driver was... More

The tour group of 21 persons staying at Pine Bungalows were accommodated in cabins in various locations on the property which does not include internet in the cabins. The conference center on the property is reserved for functions and the participants are guests in the attached motel. This area has WIFI for their specific use only and it is not... More

We spent four nights at a riverside cabin in July. The one room, double bed cabin included an outdoor grill, picnic table, kitchen, and bathroom. The overall feel of the cabin was a bit aged, but the bathroom had been updated a bit. Kitchen was older, but everything worked fine and we prepared several meals there. Firewood is sold at... More

We booked into the Pine Bungalows thru Booking.com and were told they were the last available. I guess it was the last available through Booking.Com as there were others available. The price was quite high for a very basic cabin with no amenities but I must say it was quiet and we were by the river. Too bad there was... More

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend trip. We weren't looking for anything fancy, just a clean and comfy place to crash at the end of a long day of hiking. We picked the Pine because of it's price (which was just about as cheap as you can go in Jasper) and also because each bungalow has... More

If you seek a quiet commune with nature, this is a great choice. We continue to return to these cabins, year after year. They are rustic with no telephone, television or wifi but a good working kitchen, heater and fireplace. Cellphone reception is excellent if you just have to keep connected. The riverfront cabins are ideal for two people or... More

The cabins are not luxurious by any means, but very rustic and cosy. There is everything you need for self catering even if some of it is a little dated. We had a lovely situation right next to the river and were treated to displays of rutting elk each evening. Would recommend if you like getting back to nature but... More

This accomodation has been extremely hard to rate for us. The location is awesome, right on the banks of the river with wildlife in abundance (we had huge Elk roaming around us - fantastic). The actual bungalows are very basic and smallish - kitchen/dining and bed all in one room. It has a very 1950's feel about it - no... More

We spent 2 nights here earlier this month. The cabins are not as modern as some others but they are cosy, comfortable and in keeping with their stunning location. With no TV etc, we found our stay here very relaxing. Our cabin was slightly further away from the river than some others but it was still literally within metres of... More
