Just stayed here on labor day weekend. No complaints. A solidly good campsite. Facilities are great but at same time you still feel like you're in the woods. Park rangers friendly. I guess only feedback is you're not 'up close' to the mountains or water.

Not a pleasant place. Hard to find the tent sites. The location is great, but I would not recommend coming in later or in the dark. One more thing, kreepy caretaker. Stay at the other place (three sisters? or something like that).

We love this campground compared to Whistlers across the road. This one is private and has more trees. We always book online and even though you can't pick sites we end up with nice sites each time. I have stayed in the W loop each time we come and twice now I've received river side without asking. The sites along... More

We stayed at Wapiti campground August 9th and10th. We are used to US national park campgrounds which don't have hot water or showers so were pleasantly surprised at clean hot showers The pre assigned site was very nice. The sites were private and wooded. The gal at check in was very friendly. The campground was very quiet. We also liked... More

We camp at Wapiti every summer, and it is always great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The campground is quiet and each site is separated by trees. The washrooms and showers are cleaned daily. Excellent place to stay!

We have stayed at the Wapiti campground for three extended stays and have enjoyed each one of them. We love the location as it is ideal for all of the main activities in the national park and just a quick bike ride into the town location. The river sites are awesome although you have to request and there are no... More

We camped here for three nights during the winter to spring changeover. The roads were plowed every second day and the park is only 10minutes from downtown jasper. The showers are cleaned daily and kept well even through winter. Highly recommended for campers and rv's. Make sure you have warm gear though if staying in winter as the nights do... More

There is no good campground in Jasper and this one is just ok. For this weekend we wanted to be close to Jasper so we chose Wapiti. We have stayed here before and the last time we got a spot in the trees near the river. This time we were in the W loop which is in a poor state.... More

Great camground with spacious places. Good location close to town. Friendly and helpfull staff. One of two campgrounds with showers in Jasper (the other one is right across the street). As mentioned above, reservations tend to be tricky, if you want a good spot the best you can do is arrive early (11 am). Showers are very clean but can... More

We stayed in this campground this summer and though many of this sites along the river are beautiful..... good luck in getting one. We had phoned in advance (weeks) to book a site by the river which we were granted. When we arrived at the site we were first given our site tag and than swiftly it was taken away... More
