We booked well in advance, and the staff graciously helped us with several adjustments we had to make to our plans. The hotel is in a spectacular location, within easy walking distance from Sunwapta Falls. The rooms were not super luxurious, but were clean and cozy with brand new TV sets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food... more

We called a few hours before we checked in and got a room ("one of 2 left") and were quoted $189. When we got there, my husband asked for their lowest price room which we got ($149). Pricey, but we expected that in a tourist area. The room was fine and mostly clean. We decided to eat in the dining... more

This "resort" is without a doubt the WORST place that I have ever stayed at AND was $235 per night, which is a complete ripoff. It was so horrible we avoided the place other then to sleep. The website views are completely misleading, as this "resort" is really some double wide trailers divided up into rooms that are being marketed... more

This pile of crap on the side of the highway is -- without doubt -- the worst place I have ever stayed AND was $235 per night, which is a complete ripoff. I would have expected to pay $50 per night., but no more because it was really a "no-tell motel" kind of place in the middle of Jasper. No... more

Booking a resort you think you are going to get a resort. This is not a resort. It is a stopping point for a few pictures of Sunwapta Falls, and then move on. The room was mediocre at best with just the bare essentials, and not worth anywhere near the $219 rate I paid. It's barely worth half that in... more

We spent a very comfortable night here. We had connecting rooms which I expected to be in a hotel but the rooms were actually little lodges which I thought was very nice. We had a fireplace in our room and a member of staff was sent to us to light a fire in it. The restaurant was fabulous, they served... more

One of the most beautiful places to stay but the accomodation is very over priced - noisy room with very thin walls. Easily disturbed by neighbours if they are up late. Rooms are very average - go to the area but avoid this place. more

This is a motel property. Its clean, simple, rustic. Way overpriced for what it is but it is close enough to attractions. We had mice in the room, and when we informed them, they were not surprized and the comment was that they couldn't control that. The dining room food is very good, and dinner was excellent, although overpriced. dont... more

This is a great little resort if you have your own transport to get there as it is a 20 minute drive outside the main town. The grounds are well kept, my room was lovely and spotlessly clean, free wireless internet or free use of resort PC (wireless signal is a bit hit and miss mainly weather related) and I... more

The Sunwapta Falls Resort was close enough to Jasper and it was warm and the beds were nice. We felt like we were staying in a double wide trailer. There is nothing special about this resort, it is close to the Sunwapta Falls and it is cheap, Dinner at the resort was way overpriced, we would order a chicken sandwhich... more
