Hi We stayed at this hotel for our son's sports tournament. There is nothing relly wrong with the facility apart from the fact the they allow pets. We only stayed one night in Red Deer to pick up my stepkids...that was more than enough. The hotel was your average chain hotel...uninterested staff, cookie cutter rooms. Red Deer isn't a nice town, so if you're only staying for a night or two...this place is fine! more

Our team stayed at this hotel. The hot tub was broken, the pool was cold, the ice machines were broken. Smoke lingered through the hallways the entire weekend. While asking for more towels we were told that we had to go and get them ourselves. People running around the hallways after midnight and nothing was done after we phoned down.... more
