The young staff were friendly and courteous; in a pantomime that would have won them an Oscar nomination they stood behind an older manager (who recommended Denny's as the best place to eat in Williams Lake) to clearly indicate their opinion! When their boss was out of earshot they gave us their restaurant ideas.

Our room was marked by these adjectives: dated, shabby, threadbare, dark, peeling paint, and more. Imagine the WC cobbled together from three other toilets, torn shower curtain, bath towels so devoid of nap that I thought they had mistakenly given us a dish towel. The room was clean but overall this place was depressingly terrible. At any price this place is no bargain! more
