Me and my husband just got back from a weekend in Harrison Hot Springs, and the Ramada (the hotel's new name) was wonderful. Our room was comfortable and clean, we enjoyed our meals at Rockamole's as well as some of the other restaurants around town. The winter is a slow time in Harrison, and it was a nice quiet retreat... We used a deal coupon to get 50% off a two night stay, and I'm not sure it was even worth the price at 50% off. The room was tidy but the bed linens were stained (with red wine we think) and one of the beds didn't even have a fitted sheet. The carpets were filthy and needed to be... More

Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at the property. If a guest lets us know of a problem during their stay we do our best to rectify the situation. Regarding the spa, the spa is open on an appointment basis during the winter months, the front desk could have... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. We gave the bathroom a good cleaning before we used it. The bed sheets were wrinkled and we found hairs, to top it all off, my girlfriend got an allergic reaction from the sheets. We asked them if they could change our sheets and pillows for the next night... More

We were initially booked to stay 2 nights but the dirty room, surly staff & lousy location meant we moved after one night. More

We stayed 1 night at the Executive Hotel on the Bed Breakfast Spa Package. We had always stayed at the Harrison Resort but were curious about it's neighbour so we spend Saturday night there. The difference between the Executive Hotel and Harrison Hot Springs Resort is all in the title (Hotel vs. Resort). Our room 232 was clean, good sized,... More

Very noisy and we were on the top floor. Guests in room next to ours had a large dog staying in their room with them! No less than 7 spiders with webs on the ceiling. Dead earwings along the bathroom floor. Bathroom light falling down. Carpet dirty (keep your shoes on). Our room needed a good cleaning. Arrived late. Room... More

The name Executive in the title is very misleading and meaningless..I will try to be fair. The location is very good, the pillows and beds were very comfortable, and the staff were pleasant however that's all the positive. Bookings made weeks in advance for a wedding party were mixed up in timing and dates and names at least four times as... More

I was married here this past August and it was an amazing experience. The manager, Kevin, was so helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went smoothly and everything was perfect. I expected the typical buffet quality food but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of it; it was as good as home-made. The servers... More

Do Not Stay in this Dump. Besides being told the reservation deal that I made sure we had the Honeymoon suite three months ago. When we arrived the counter person advised us the Honeymoon suite was not available and the room had a weird odour to it. When we asked the counter person if they had another Honeymoon suite. The...
