Our room was in the new phase. Our bed was comfortable. The staff is outstanding. I enjoyed very much talking with the manager the morning of our departure. She made our stay here the "icing on the cake"! I would stay here again knowing my family is well accommodated and welcomed! more

This was a stop gap during our drive from Whistler to Jasper. The room was clean and tidy (little bit dated) however there was a lot of noise (shouting) coming from the room below us, at one point we thought a fight was going to break out. I was here for only one night having arrived on the Rockie Mountaineer and leaving by same next morning. The hotel is a bit basic and the walls are thin. I could hear people in the next room very clearly, especially in the bathroom. more
