“Terrible breakfast”

The breakfast was truly terrible. The choice was limited and what there was didn't taste much like food. The rooms were nice though. Unfortunately you can hear every step the guy takes in the room above you as well as his whole phone conversation. In addition, it's hard to sleep with the very loud aircon on.

“Kamloops Hampton”

Good hotel and Location but the breakfast was really hard to eat. Super Dry scambled eggs and warm meat product. The oatmeal seamed runny but I was early in the am. They had cream cheese but no bagels over the 3 days I was there.

“Honeymoon”

Room was great. The deluxe suite with the jacuzzi was great. The food was great, lots of selection. Everything we needed was there or available. Staff was kind, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I would & will be staying here again.

This new looking hotel in Kamloops is ideal for both children and people travelling on business. The accommodations are clean and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed here recently and had a very positive experience. Clean room, comfy bed, perfect breakfast for us (simple, quick, healthy), friendly staff, great value. Would recommend this hotel especially for families but for business travel this hotel makes great sense too (well located, good business amenities).
