We had the room right in front the huge ventilation-shaft and didn't sleep all night. Imagine the noise of inside a plane then you know what this room was like. We really enjoyed our stay. We were treated like royalty. The room was beautiful, the location was perfect. The staff did all the little 'extras' like turndown service and even delivered fruit to the room as a free treat (tip-- join this chain's loyalty program-- the perks are the best in the business. Found the staff to be excellent and friendly. Free wine tastings in the lobby each night. Kids eat free. The hotel pool is small, and not very shallow so it was too deep for my kids, so off to the lake. Casino in the hotel. Parking fee per night is stupid. more

Good location, bad service, needs reno, missed cleaning my room 1/5 days. Pool is too small for the size of the hotel & I am lucky we don't have kids. I can't imagine how dissapointed a familiy would feel when the figure out the tiny pool has been taken over by steriod monkeys. But, if you expect a 2 star... more
