were to start... older lady checked us in and was unbelievably rude.. silver fish in bathroom... garbage under bed, had not been cleaned under there in a long time... hall carpets were filthy.. pool and hot tub were okay...some of the facilities they say they offer they dont really have and we never got our wake up call...i will never... more

Worst experience Unfriendly Front Desk Stinky room with old beds and carpet We had a problem with our toilet for 4 days they did not fix it and did not move us to another room. My husband and I took our three boys on a trip to Tofino in August this year. Vancouver Island was beautiful and we had a wonderful trip however our overnight in Nanaimo at the Days Inn was awful!
