Worst experience Unfriendly Front Desk Stinky room with old beds and carpet We had a problem with our toilet for 4 days they did not fix it and did not move us to another room. While attending a wedding in Nanaimo at the end of June, My family stayed at this hotel. My friend booked a kids suite for our two days stay.
