The staff were extremely pleasant to deal with, and the food in the restaurant was wonderful, better than where we stayed in Victoria. they do not turn on airconditioning execpt in lobby. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived, it took 3-4 hours to cool room to tolerable temperature. Also had no internet in the rooms more
