Friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds, cable TV, alarm clock, phone, free internet, fridge in room, coffee maker, continental-complimentary breakfast with waffles, pool, slide, hot tub, fitness room, plenty of parking, well-lit parking lot, quiet facility (we're on 4th floor). Highly recommend for families with young children, children and teenagers. If you've been travelling all day and need a rest... more

This is a basic hotel connected to a drab and depressing casino full of slot machines with little old ladies wasting their money. All-in-all it was an OK stay for one night - but the night club connected to the hotel had dance music throbbing until well past midnight. I was on the 4th floor and pretty far from the... more

We were on our way in through to Vancouver, we checked in, went to relax in our rooms from our long drive and my mom goes to the bathroom to find bloody tissue and a bloody rag tucked in between the little flower washcloth design they use. I guess they thought if it didnt look touched they didnt have to... more

Doing a roadtrip to Alaska, and walked into the lobby without reservations but was quickly offered a room. The price was higher than expected and asked if there was any better priced options a manager was at the front desk and offered a bit better price and we took it, thank you guest services. Our 3rd floor room faced West... more

grreat hotel. Very clean, and quit new. Was very quiet, and the pool was great for smaller kids, it was only 2.5 feet deep, and there is a water slide. The continentel beakfast was great, and very clean also.Would recommend it for young families. more

Very disapointing. I went to prince george for business and my family tagged along for a weekend get away. We chose this hotel so they could be entertained in the casino when i was away. Boy, was that a mistake. When we arrived the casino closed at 6pm for a Christmas party. We were only told of this once we... more

I booked one night for 120/night. For a newer hotel, room decor looked old. But it was nice. Resteraunt below served excellent food. Hotel gave casino vouchers for $5 free play, however big table games were closed during the week. If there is a concert going on, bring ear plugs. The concert stage was between the casino and hotel -... more

We brought our 3 kids and had a fabulous time. We are NOT management- we were vacationing from mackenzie, B.C. and had a blast. We also enjoyed the waffle breakfast with fruit and cereal. The kids loved the pool area and hot tub, and we appreciated the fact that they had lifejackets there for little ones. We don't have a... more

I have never in my life experienced a worse place to stay. Apart from having my room directly above the bar, the traffic noise was awful. I was entertained every night by the loud music coming up from the bar and the bar brawls that occurred outside in the wee hours of the morning. Aside from this, I was double... more

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We have stayed at other hotels in Prince George and found most of the rooms old and unkept. This hotel was clean and modern. I liked the adjacent Casino--made for a fun evening of gambling and fun. I have stayed there with my husband only and I have stayed there with my children.... more
