The hotel has a tropical theme going on which is a little interesting. There are several pools and waterfalls and plastic palm trees and once you get your head around that it actually is okay. All rooms on all 3 floors face out to the pool area. The rooms could definitely use some upgrades but are clean. The furnishings and... more

We stayed for 2 nights and were treated great. You have to get your heads around the theme and outdated furnishings. The rooms were very clean The pillow top mattresses were like being at home. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Any needs we expressed we handled in record time( extra hangers, a 2nd coffee maker for our 2 bedroom suite)... more

Had planned to visit with some family and thought the pool scene would be great. Staff was friendly enough but was fairly disappointed once I saw my room - furniture, decorations and particularly the bathroom were horribly outdated. The room also had some kind of chemical smell- like paint thinner. We stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed the free breakfast but... more

Like many of the reviews state, there are pools, and hot tubs. A hawaiian theme, onsite restaurant, and watersides (seasonal). The decor in the rooms (and the beds) are very out dated. Sheets and blankets are the cheapest, typical hotel sheets you can find. Towels are also cheap and rough, like drying off with sandpaper, not to mention they are... more

Some of the rooms have no temperature control. It could be very hot or very cold. The executive room on the third floor is a long painful walk without an elevator. The fountains are so noisy that you cannot sleep before they are shut off after 10:00pm. All rooms do not have enough lighting. The rooms have outside windows helped... more

Upon signing in we were obliged to sign a credit card slip for almost twice the room rate. They explained that this is for anybody running up the bill or I guess damaging the room while staying. I'm a 61 year old business man whose party days are sadly in the past. I think it indicated what kind of guest... more

This was a terrible, disgusting experience. We arrived to check in at 5:00pm and were given a key to the room, once opening the door it hadn't even been cleaned yet so I went back to the front desk and let them know and they told me that check in is not guaranteed at 3 but from 3 to 5:30,... more

A great place to stay if you have children. There are 2 large pools, a hot tub, a sauna room and waterslides. A nice lounge with great food, although the restaurant needs some updating (it is "Tropical" theme) they have a nice Sunday brunch. A wonderful place to stay for families as the kids can enjoy the pools and some... more
