Very nice property. Very chic and modern. Really nice marble bathroom --nice toiletries. The staff are very helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast -- VERY expensive buffet and not much to choose from -- lots of restaurants on Robson so not a problem if you have time to go out for breakfast. more

I called a night before we were supposed to arrive and requested champagne and a birthday cake for my husband. Very friendly staff with knowledge of local attractions. Our room was very comfortable. As tea drinkers we would have preferred a hot water jug than the coffee perc. The air conditioning unit in the passage was rather noisy but didn't worry us once asleep. Wonderful comfortable bed. The breafast was pricey for what it was but the service was excellent.... more
